Free shipping

All orders over € 50 ship free of charge within the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and Germany. 

Delivery times
Naturally you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. Therefore, virtually every order for delivery within the Benelux placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day. Are you in a hurry and do you need guaranteed next day delivery? Or would you like to receive your order on a specific day? We are most happy to accommodate you. Please contact us so we can make arrangements. 

With our Predict service, it is not necessary to stay at home all day. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email or text message with the delivery window of your order. Is the time inconvenient for you? You can request a different delivery day immediately. 

You're not at home and you prefer to pickup your order at a place near you instead? In the check-out process, select 'Pick up your order at a DPD ParcelShop'. You can find your nearest ParcelShop on the DPD website

Safe shipping
We partner with courier service DPD and through their website you can easily track the shipment of your order. A signature on delivery is required. Moreover, the shipment is insured at no costs.


Cooling-off period at
For products that you buy on you have the right to return them within 14 days after receipt of your order. Would you like to use that right? Then you have to give us notice. You can do so by using this form (pdf). You may also give us a call or send us an email. Please include your order number and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal. After we have confirmed receipt of your notice, you can return the products. You bear the risk and the costs of return shipping. Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned merchandise, we will credit your order.

Returns conditions
Because we sell medical devices, the return of our products is subject to restrictions. A CPAP device and included hose will touch your skin and respiration. Therefore, it is not always possible to return these after they have been used. Would you like to try the Transcend miniCPAP risk-free? Contact us to discuss the possibilities.

All other products, including packaging, still have to be as good as new. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge additional costs. So you are free to try these products, but there can not be any sign of usage.
